On August 29, Jiang Zengwei, Chairman of the Global Alliance for Trade in Services, and his delegation visited IBI Digital Economy Headquarter for discussion and exchange, Gao Chongyao, Deputy Mayor of Fengtai District, and Liu Quan, founder and Chairman of IBI, warmly received the visiting leaders, and the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on core issues such as the coordinated development of the regional digital economy and the international cooperation in trade in services.

The visiting delegation first visited the digital economy exhibition hall of IBI to gain an in-depth understanding of the innovative practice achievements of IBI and Duoduo Platforms in the operation of industrial digital economy and cross-border business of the industrial belt.

During the discussion and exchange, Deputy Mayor Gao Chongyao stressed the development advantages and digital economy layout of Fengtai District. He pointed out that Fengtai has gathered a number of core enterprises in the field of digital economy to form a coordinated development ecology by virtue of the triple advantages of "location hub, industry foundation and policy platform". Relying on platforms such as the "Digital Silk Road" pilot zone, Fengtai actively integrates into global digital service trade and helps enterprises explore international cooperation areas such as cross-border data flow, digital service export and offshore outsourcing. He stressed that Fengtai is optimizing the development environment of digital economy with the strategy of "one industry, one product", supporting key enterprises like IBI to expand the international market and play a greater role in the internationalization of trade in services.

Chairman Liu Quan comprehensively introduced the historical evolution, main business and strategic planning of IBI, and said that IBI has actively built three growth curves with industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization and cross-border business for industrial belts as the core. IBI has accelerated the expansion of the international market, actively explored new formats and new models of digital service trade, and provided practical paths for the digital upgrading of global trade and cross-border industrial collaboration since 2023. As an important international cooperation mechanism in the field of global trade in services, the Global Alliance for Trade in Services plays an important role in promoting the docking of international rules and mutual recognition of service standards.

Chairman Jiang Zengwei highly affirmed IBI's exploration and practices in digital economy and cross-border business of industrial belt. He pointed out that the current trend of digitalization of global trade in services is significant, and the industrial Internet model of IBI has the potential to go to the international market. In the future, the alliance can deepen exploration with IBI in the field of international cooperation such as cross-border digital services and international supply chain collaboration, jointly create a new paradigm of cross-border service trade cooperation, help enterprises better link global resources, promote the deep integration of industrial digitalization and international service trade, contributing to the construction of an open world economy and the high-quality development of global service trade.
