Carried by the Chamber of Commerce, TDD signed cross-border collaborative strategic cooperation agreements with a number of cross-border operating enterprises such as HBDPXH, Hengshui Medical Device Industry Association, Cangzhou Yongkang Pharmaceutical Products Co., Ltd., and HEISEN International Logistics Co., Ltd.

During the exchange, Li Honglu congratulated the establishment of the Hebei Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan. He pointed out that Hebei Province has significant advantages in equipment manufacturing, medicine, building materials and other industries, and the establishment of the Hebei Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan is an important measure for Hebei Province to actively integrate into the construction of the "Belt and Road" and deepen cooperation with the Central Asian region, which will further promote Hebei's advantageous industries to go global, promote the deep integration of China and Kazakhstan in the fields of production capacity cooperation, scientific and technological innovation, economic and trade exchanges, and inject new impetus into the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road".

Liu Zhai said: As a cross-border enterprise operator from Hebei Province, I feel a great sense of responsibility to be elected as the first president of the Hebei Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan, and hope to work together with all member enterprises and relevant government departments to contribute to promoting the ecological expansion of Hebei enterprises and industrial belts based on the comprehensive advantages of cross-border operation of IBI. She said: "IBI has formed three core growth curves: industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization, and cross-border overseas expansion of industrial belts. The industrial belt has been vigorously expanded to go to overseas market since 2024 to deeply cultivate the Central Asian and global markets by focusing on the overseas '1750 Strategy' (1 platform, 7 overseas centers, 50 overseas warehouses).
